The 21 Days Better Living Course

The 21 days better living course is an excellent course to begin your journey into the teachings of yoga. The course teaches yoga concepts and their application in day to day life.

  • The course content includes:
    1. Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga.
    2. Simple Practices including Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Mudras.
    3. Attitude training through concepts of Bhavas & Yamas & Niyamas.
    4. Yoga Games.
    5. Yogic Diet Tips.
    6. Daily Sessions with Dr. Jayadeva and Hansaji.

  • This course is a certificate course and has been successfully conducted for the past 50 years by the Institute. The course is conducted by trained yoga teachers & there are special guest lectures from senior teachers.

  • Duration: - The course is held once in every month. The classes are of one hour duration each day for 21 consecutive days.

  • Batch Timings: - There are morning or evening batches. The Timings for
    the course are 7.20a.m. to 8.30a.m. or 6.20p.m. to 7.30p.m.
    Except Sundays 9.30 a.m.

  • Registrations & Fees:- Registration and course start at 9 a.m. on the first Sunday of every month continuing for 21 days.. Registration takes place at the Yoga Bhavan. The Yoga Institute.
    The Fees are Rs. 350/-

    No prior booking is required for the course.
    The course is open to all, no qualification required. However people with severe health problems are not advised to join this course.

Teaching & Attendance:-
Attendance for the entire duration of the course is mandatory. Failing which, the participants will not be issued the certificate. The certificate will be awarded in the last session of the course.

Note :- This is a non-residential course and outstation students will have to make their own arrangements for lodging and boarding.
