Yoga Guru Smt. Hansaji loving known as ‘The First lady of Yoga’ graced the occasion and announced the grand opening of its Andheri Branch. The Yoga Institute’s latest offering @ Andheri Centre – The Yog Fitness Studio. The Yoga Institute has been a stalwart in spreading the ‘yoga for all’ mission from local to global level. It is one of the oldest organised yoga centre in the world slowly spreading’s its wings to benefit people from all walks of life.

The Yoga Institute’s beloved director Smt. Hansaji shared few essential insights on what yoga is all about and its application in daily life. Yoga asanas, Kriyas, Meditation and Pranayamas will be as per the The Yoga Institute guidelines.

The Fitness Studio programs are designed keeping in mind the Householder’s daily requirements.
