- Yoga believes that most health conditions are psychosomatic
in nature.
- Although the problem may manifest at the bodily level.
The root cause is in the lifestyle mental make up &
ones attitudes to life.
- The care or control therefore lies in a shift in attitudes,
a healthy happy lifestyle physical activity proper diet
coupled with certain simple yoga techniques.
- The teachings of these camps therefore cover all these
aspects. These camps are being conducted regularly for over
decades.
- Fees are Rs. 1000/- inclusive of lunch & snacks. Timings
9.00a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
- Registration can be made in person, over the telephone
or by email Registration should be done at least a fortnight
before the camp. Fees may be paid on the day of the camp
itself.
- Camps will be conducted by highly trained yoga teachers
under proper guidance of a specialist doctor.
- Camps will be conducted at the premises of The Yoga Institute.
- Camps are highly specialised to smite particular health
conditions.
- It would be advisable for participants to first attend
the Samattsam session. If this is not possible participants
should bring along all their health reports for the camp.
- Participants should wear loose fitting decent clothing
& bring along some writing material.
- Well researched & highly informative books are available
for sale at our book shop – relevant to each health
condition.
- After the camps participants are advised to continue
their Yoga practice by coming for our regular classes.
