  1. Yoga believes that most health conditions are psychosomatic in nature.

  2. Although the problem may manifest at the bodily level. The root cause is in the lifestyle mental make up & ones attitudes to life.

  3. The care or control therefore lies in a shift in attitudes, a healthy happy lifestyle physical activity proper diet coupled with certain simple yoga techniques.

  4. The teachings of these camps therefore cover all these aspects. These camps are being conducted regularly for over decades.

  5. Fees are Rs. 1000/- inclusive of lunch & snacks. Timings 9.00a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

  6. Registration can be made in person, over the telephone or by email Registration should be done at least a fortnight before the camp. Fees may be paid on the day of the camp itself.

  7. Camps will be conducted by highly trained yoga teachers under proper guidance of a specialist doctor.

  8. Camps will be conducted at the premises of The Yoga Institute.

  9. Camps are highly specialised to smite particular health conditions.

  10. It would be advisable for participants to first attend the Samattsam session. If this is not possible participants should bring along all their health reports for the camp.

  11. Participants should wear loose fitting decent clothing & bring along some writing material.

  12. Well researched & highly informative books are available for sale at our book shop – relevant to each health condition.

  13. After the camps participants are advised to continue their Yoga practice by coming for our regular classes.
