The
One Month Teacher’s Training Course is specialty designed to teach secondary
level school children & young adults. Over two decades this course has been
successfully attended by students from all walks of life. This course is conducted
in Hindi as well as English and there are separate batches for the two. The full
details of this course are as follows – - Time and Duration
Date:- Both Hindi and English batches of the 1 month TTC Start on the 1st
of every month.
Days:- Monday to Friday
Timing: - 10a.m. to 4.00p.m.
- Fees
Rs. 7000/- inclusive Lunch & Snacks, Books / CD.
Fees can be paid in cash or cheque in Indian rupees only. For this proper receipt
will be issued.
- Registration and Rules
- No prior registration
necessary. The participants are simply required be present by 9.00a.m on the 1st
of that month. registration & fee collection will be done on the spot.
- Participants should not have any major health problem.
- For out
station participants we offer hostel facilities. Fees for residential is Rs. 3500/-
per head per week which includes lodging, boarding & tuition. Prior intimation
of at least 2 months is required.
-Hostilities will not be permitted
overnight stay outside The Yoga Institute during the course.
- At the
end of the course an examination will be conducted & only successful candidates
will be awarded certificate.
- Attendance for all days is compulsory.
- Syllabus
The Syllabus covers Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, Mudras,
Bandhas, Attiutde training, Psychological, Counceling, Conceptual learning, Yogic
games, Recreation, Relaxation, Meditation, Techniques, Practice Teaching,
Methodology etc.
- It is a basic course & can be done instead
of the 7 days camp as a prerequisite for the advanced teachers courses.
- Classes are held on the premises of The Yoga Institute.

For residential – participants should carry their personal clothing &
toiletries – all else will be provided.
- Large number
of central, state & municipal school teachers have participated in this course.
- Certificate is recognised by Government of India & even
internationally.
- Teaching staff consists of extremely well
trained & experienced teachers of The Yoga Institute.
