Regular Classes for Children
This programme offers an excellent opportunity for children to learn good qualities and morals, and sit in peace, which will stand good throughout their lives. The course covers simple Yoga Asanas and Kriyas. Yoga philosophy is taught through arts, crafts and interesting games. It is ideal for children between the ages of 5 to 12 years. The classes are conducted by highly trained and caring teachers. There is no burden of homework or exams. Classes are conducted in English and Hindi. Involvement of parents is highly recommended.
1 hour on every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Time: 4.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Time: 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Children who do not have any major health condition.
Registration any time, round the year.
