Q. What is the the definition of spirituality in yoga? Dr. J: Simplicity and hard work. Smt. H: And in whatever work you do, keep in mind that you are doing the work of God, or that you are not the doer, you are just an instrument in doing the job. This body, mind and intelligence are used to do the work. So the 'Me' and 'Mine' and 'I did' should go, then only can God be experienced.

Dr. J: If you are in need, you must do; if not in need, then don't do. Smt. H: Then before deciding on how to do anything, you have to keep your mind quiet. Stop thinking and analyzing. Analyze before, but then keep your mind quiet. And then, the first thought that comes to you, do that, because it hardly matters in Nature whether you are going this way or that, as long as you are going. That is important.
Q. What is Ishvar and what is Devata?
