"This is the final culmination of the state of a person. Now the point is that the person has reached the Rutumbara state where only pure knowledge exists. Everything else is gone. Then there is Vivek Khyati, he is remaining in Aviplava state, in the state throughout. Nothing can disturb that state. And now his Chitta is going to uplift. And these are the seven stages in which a person, step-by-step is releasing or uplifting himself.

Listen to the audio: Check this out on Chirbit Q. In corporate jobs, the deadlines never end. Sometimes you cannot avoid stress. How to deal with it? Dr. J: Don't extend yourself into corporate business. If you get into corporate business - more stress. If you remain at a lower level - less stress. Smt. H: Dr. Jayadeva's philosophy is very clear - more and more promotion, more and more stress, so don't accept promotion. It would help to learn the art of management. Any work can be done with or without stress. So we have to learn how to enjoy the work and not get tense. Tension comes when we are result oriented. There may be a fixed target, but what can you do? You can only plan and work every minute. Tension will not help meet the target. If the target is not met, reorganize and try again. Plan and systematize your work. The mind should be work oriented, not result oriented. And if you could concentrate more on the work, everything will fall into place. Q. Can you share some suggestions when there is emotional stress when there is disagreement between two or more people?

While we perform our work, others too perform their own work. Everything has its own place, everything has its own need, that’s why it's there. So we should carry on. And carry on happily, carry on with joy, with enthusiasm. Be very creative, find out (for yourself) in the same very situation, what can you do, so that you may still enjoy it more and so on. Maintaining a balanced state of mind should be our primary goal, that no matter what happens, I should not lose my balance. This means that I have to practice self-discipline; like a watchman who does not allow bad elements to enter, similarly I have to watch myself and not allow any thoughts that may make me lose my balance. But for that, I have to attend to many areas.

Listen to the audio: Check this out on Chirbit Q. During illness, the mind tends to lose stability and tends towards negativity. How can this be avoided? Dr. J: Well, remember the name of God as often as you can, try to recollect certain good sentiments. Little, little tips like that can help. Smt. H: Remember that this illness is also temporary, this shall also pass and after every illness, body and mind become stronger. I have seen that even children, after an illness, look more grown-up. Illness doesn’t harm, to come out of it, we develop more strength. So take illness positively, not negatively; the mind should not get disturbed. Q. Why is it that sacrifice and control is only for the woman; like Sati, divorce, woman touching man’s feet, woman going to husband’s house after marriage? Man can marry several times, is it because man is physically stronger and generally financially strong?
