One Month Yoga Teachers’ Training Course
(One Month TTC) (English)

 

ABOUT THE COURSE:

 

The One Month TTC is a basic certificate course which prepares students for teaching Yoga techniques to normal healthy adults.  The course covers theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga taught by the founders of our Institute.

 

The course conforms to the AYUSH Level – 1 Yoga Instructor scheme-mentored Govt. of India.

 

Classical Ashtanga Yoga Syllabus – The comprehensive course covers core principles and philosophical foundations of traditional Yoga.  Ideal for beginners, it covers an introduction to the study of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and Gheranda Samhita. Further, complete immersion into practical experiences of the principal Yoga asanas, pranayamas, Kiryas, concept studies, public speaking, the methodology of teaching etc. are covered.  The Yoga Institute pioneered techniques and Bhavas. Detailed anatomy and physiology classes conducted by Yoga experts cover theory and practice.

 

On successful completion of the course, students will be awarded certificates of The Yoga Institute.

 

Successful students are also eligible to appear for the AYUSH – Level 1 certificate exam (viva only), conducted by appointed examiners.

 

The Yoga Institute is recognized by the Government of India (Ministry of AYUSH) and it was the first yoga school to be accredited after the AYUSH-QCI scheme was launched.

 

This is RYT 200 hour course, fully accredited with the Yoga Alliance USA and the participant is eligible to apply on Yoga Alliance site as Registered Yoga Teacher.

 

DURATION

 

1 month – starts on the 1st day of every month.

Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m

 

PREREQUISITES

 

Open to all. Minimum age 18 years.

 

REGISTRATION

 

Prior registration is compulsory in the case of International students.

The participants are required to be present by 9.00 am on the 1st day of that month.

Three Months Yoga Teachers’ Training Course
(Three Months TTC) (English)

 

ABOUT THE COURSE

 

This is an advanced, intensive and comprehensive training programme for the duration of 3 months.

 

The course conforms to the AYUSH Level-2 Yoga Teacher scheme–mentored by Govt. of India.

 

Classical Ashtanga Yoga Syllabus – The course syllabus covers in depth study and practice of Asanas, Pranayamas and Kriyas.  Further, attitude training, Public Speaking, Methodology of teaching, Practice teaching, Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga and Samkhya Philosophy, Psychology, quintessence of Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra etc. are taught.

 

Students attend the experiential learning sessions, read, study and prepare submissions and presentations, as a part of the course.

 

The Three Months TTC trains students to teach Yoga to all age groups, and in the management of various diseases. The courses are conducted by highly trained teachers.

 

On completion of full attendance and all other pre-requisites, an examination is after which successful students are awarded a certificate of The Yoga Institute.

PREREQUISITES

 

7 Days Health Camp – The 7 Days Health Camp is included within the 3 Months of the TTC Course and begins on the first day of the mentioned dates.

The Code of Conduct is followed on acceptance as a student in the 3 Months TTC.

No prerequisite knowledge of Yoga is necessary

 

REGISTRATION

 

Registration has to be done 3 months prior for completion of visa formalities and other residential requirements.
