- Timings and fees apply to both residential as well
as non-residential students.
- The 3 months Yoga Teachers Training programme is
conducted three times in a year. The course starts
from the first day of the month -1st November to 31st
January, 1st February to 30th April, and 1st August
to 31st October.
- The registration for the February 3 months TTC has
already started.

of the 3 month TTC .

I. Topics of the Month History
and Background study of Yoga.
Modern Physical Approach to Yoga.
Yoga Ideology with reference to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra.
Technology of Yoga.
Yoga as a way of life.
Mystics and Mysticism.
II Yoga Techniques - in depth study
and practice of Asanas, Pranayamas and Kriyas.
III Yoga Sutras – Lectures and discussions.
IV. Bhagwad Gita - discussions and
analysis of shlokas from the Gita.
V. Personal Counselling in relation to Yoga.
VI. Anatomy and Physiology
VII. Teaching Methodology - which will
include the following.
a. Lesson planning
b. Practise Teaching.
VIII. Sunday Satsang - Participation
and Presentation.
IX. Practical teaching - the students
will have to observe and assist in the following activities
of the Institute:
a. Health and Educational camps.
b. 21 Days Better Living Course.
c. 7 day Residential Camp.
d. Special Regular Classes.
X. Book Discussions and Reviews.

XII. Please note that The One
Month Teachers’ Training Course is a part of the
3 Months Teachers’ Training Course.
Rules and Regulations for the 3 month Teacher’s
Training Course
- The student should be present on the day of the
course by 6.30 a.m.
- Attendance to each session as per the time table
is compulsory.
- The student should be on time for each session
in the allotted room.
- There will be no holidays except on Sunday from
5.00 p.m. to 8.00 pm .
- The atmosphere of Karma Yoga is to be maintained
and the rooms, toilets and hallways have to be cleaned
by the students.
- It is expected that a yogic atmosphere of positivity
and sincerity is maintained.
- The lights will be turned off at 10.00 p.m.
- The use of water has to be done judiciously as
there is a water shortage.
- Medical help can be sought by reporting to the
office if one needs to see a doctor. This will be
usually on separate payment.
- Evaluation after each month in all the subjects
will be carried out.
- A certificate will be issued only if the attendance
is complete and the assignments are satisfactorily
completed. The Rules for Hostelities are mentioned
in the Hostel
Facilities.
