- These are classes held once a week for 1½ hr duration
each.
- Timings for weekend classes combined for Gents &
Ladies are: - 5.00p.m. to 6.30p.m. on Saturday 8.00a.m.
to 9.30a.m. & 10.30a.m. to 12.00p.m. on Sunday.
- Fees are Rs. 350/- per month.
- Participants will be divided into Groups & Special
instructions will be imparted based on specific health condition.
- To register you simply have to come 15 minutes prior
to the time of the class. Registration & fee collection
will be done on the spot.
- For persons having chronic & serious health problems
it is advisable to first attend a Samattvam session. For
mace details look under Samattvam.
- Course syllabus covers Asanas, Pranayams, Kriyas, Yogic
diet, etc.
- No prior knowledge of Yoga is necessary.
- Participants have to maintain the same timing every week.
