Wellness Camps help in enhancing ones personality – physically, emotionally and spiritually through yoga in a detailed and systematic way. The camps are specifically designed to improve lives through the yogic way of life. Our wellness camps are as follows:

Women’s Camp

Stress, hormonal changes, and self-development are among the reasons why women should stay healthy. A woman’s capability to handle stress, whether emotional or physical, highly depends on her health. The hormonal changes associated with menopause, pregnancy and menstruation can cause women to suffer from premenstrual syndrome, menstrual cramps, headaches, and other symptoms. Lately, many women are suffering from hormonal problems and diseases like PCOD due to stress, anxiety, worry, etc.

 

Yoga can help women cope with health issues and help them develop the state of their body and mind.

 

Yoga poses are also designed to tone and exercise the muscles of the body to make it flexible and stronger without being strenuous. Yoga helps to bring that much needed relaxation and peace that are essential to every woman’s well-being.

 

Learn to handle all responsibilities with a positive and calm attitude, to manage relationships well, take care of physical health through asanas, pranayamas and kriyas, etc. through our special camp for women.

 

Clothing: Campers are requested to come attired to comfortable loose fitting clothes. Shorts, capris, tank tops, low cut shirts, short and sleeve-less T-shirts are not permitted as per the Institute dress code.

 

Meals: While lunch and snacks will be served in the institute, campers are requested to have their breakfast and medication (as prescribed by their doctor)

 

Time: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm

Fees: Rs. 800/- inclusive of lunch and snacks

Life Management Camp

Enhance your personality – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually through yoga. Gain in confidence, health and a higher perspective through the yoga way of life. The 1 day camp for Personality Development includes guidance on self-development, concentration and relaxation, besides yogic techniques e.g. Asanas, pranayamas and kriyas.

 

Clothing: Campers are requested to come attired to comfortable loose fitting clothes. Shorts, capris, tank tops, low cut shirts, short and sleeve-less T-shirts are not permitted as per the Institute dress code.

Meditation Camp

No other movement in recent years has so fascinated people as the possibility of calming the mind through meditation. All the techniques of classic yoga of Patanjali aim at making one more aware and finally to see the Self shining forth in its own true nature.

 

Simple guidelines are offered in this meditation camp to see how meditation can lead to a meditative state the whole day aiding in efficiency in work and in life and living. Recent research has proved that meditating regularly change the brain waves for the better.

This workshop helps you to understand the relation of our emotions and Energy our levels through simple games and other fun filled activities. This further helps simplify the process of Stress Management without going into the details of Thoughts and Emotion Management.

 

For those intending to work on Relationship, Parenting or Marriage issues, it is recommended that participants attend this program along with their spouse or an adult family member.

 

Keeping the basic principles constant, the activities and module can be modified to achieve various objectives, for example:
