The Yoga Institute’s 21 Days Better Living Course is a course specifically designed to introduce you to the yogic way of living. begin your journey into the discovery of Yoga. Working professionals and house makers can take just one hour from their day to practice and learn yoga and begin their transformational journey. This is a yoga certificate course and has been successfully conducted for 50 years by the Institute. The program trains you holistically and enables you to achieve equilibrium between your mind and body and thus achieve a state of peace and happiness in life. The course is conducted by trained teachers at the Institute. The programme covers an introduction to: Astanga Yoga Yoga Asanas Pranayama Kriyas Attitude training Parisamvad (sessions with Dr. Hansaji) It is ideal for anyone who wants to live a yoga way of life and experience peace within. It helps you to incorporate Yogic ideals in every field of your daily life. PROGRAM DETAILS The yoga certificate course is held once a month, starting on the first Sunday (7:00 a.m.) of every month. The classes are of 1 hr. 30 mins each day for 21 consecutive days. Participants can opt for the morning or evening batches. Timings Evening 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm (IST) Please Note: Both morning and evening batches are required to participate in Satsang, followed by their classes, on all Sundays during their 21-day course duration. Class timings are from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, followed by Satsang from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. REGISTRATION For registration in the 21 Days Better Living Yoga Course, please click on the link below and fill in all the details. Within 24 hours after registering, you will receive an email containing the link to the payment portal. You can use the link to make the payment. FEES 2024: Rs. 2500/- *Please note fees once paid will be non-refundable. Also, after making the payment, please provide us with a screenshot of the transaction. We support all credit cards. COURSE CERTIFICATION To be eligible for a certificate, a minimum of 18 days attendance is compulsory. If, for any reason, you were unable to attend 2 or 3 sessions and would like to make up for these in the upcoming batch, you will be required to re-enroll for the course and complete the payment process again. Online students must activate their video cameras for attendance to be recorded. FAQs 1. What is the time to reach the Institute during the course duration? For residential campers, students should arrive at The Yoga Institute between 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. IST (Indian Standard Time). Please read on Hostel Facility for more details. 2. Can a person who has problem with sitting on the floor for a long time enroll for the course? Backrest and chairs are available on request in special and exceptional cases. – Rest and recreation are also a part of the course. Please Note The payment validity and session attendance for 21-Days Better Living Course is only applicable for one month. However, in emergency circumstances, the participant can attend the 21-Days BLC sessions for the next month but only on approval of the management. Without authorisation, the participant will not be allowed to attend the sessions post the actual sessions of the course.
