The 21 Days Better Living Course is a certificate course and one of the most popular programs of The Yoga Institute. It explains Yoga concepts and practices in a simple and effective manner. The overwhelming response for the 21 Days Better Living Course has got us working on making the course available for more people. We are happy to announce that the 21 Days Better Living course is now available in Hindi from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm IST.
Let’s beat this quarantine with something extraordinary.

The objective of the course is to integrate yoga philosophy into daily life. It is a certificate course and has been successfully conducted for over 50 years with more than 1 lakh participants to date.

 

Participants will be provided with the 21 Days textbook in soft copy. Students attending at least 18 sessions will be eligible for a Certificate.

 

We are conducting this course online since The Yoga Institute has suspended classes due to the lockdown.

 

  • Content

The 21 Days Better Living Course is a course to begin your journey into the discovery of Yoga. It is designed for working professionals who may practice and learn yoga for a little more than an hour and experience the difference in their daily lives.

The course teaches Yogic concepts and their application in day-to-day life. The course covers an introduction to Astanga Yoga, Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, attitude training and sessions (Parisamvad) with Dr Jayadeva and Smt. Hansaji.

This is a certificate course and has been successfully conducted for 50 years by the Institute. The course is conducted by trained teachers of the Institute.

 

Recording Policy of TYI

The Institute retains all rights to record the live interactive sessions for their internal usage & quality purposes. These recordings are strictly for the institute and the data is stored securely in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. Students are prohibited from recording these live sessions. We will not share any recordings with the students.

 

  • Duration

The course is held once a month, starting on the first Sunday (9:30 a.m.) of every month. The classes are of 1 hr 30 mins each day for 21 consecutive days. Participants can opt for the morning or evening batches.

  • Prerequisites

While the course is open for all, people with severe health problems are not advised to join this course. They may, instead, join the specific health camps or the special regular classes.

This is a non-residential course and outstation students will have to make their own arrangements for lodging and boarding.

Attendance for at least 18 days of the course is mandatory, failing which; the participants will not be awarded the certificate.

 

  • Registration

Registration for the course can be done 3 weeks prior to commencement of the course and closes two days after the commencement of the course.
Spot registration for the course starts at 9:00 a.m. on the first Sunday of every month.

 

  • Fees

The fees for the course is Rs. 1600/-

The most awaited and popular course conducted at The Yoga Institute is now back on campus starting 7th December 2020, the 21 days better living course begins with a morning English batch in this first phase of our reopening. While we also continue to conduct our 21 days online course until normalcy is restored, we are excited to have you back on campus, though in limited numbers to experience better living by enhancing your health and forming new habits over 21 days. End this year on a positive note with the 21 days better living course.
