Designed for self-healing & stress management, a continued practice of HHMMP is a nourishing process which melts the stress, increases self-confidence and makes you feel truly free in your body. An integrated fun path drawing wisdom from Ayurveda, Yoga psychology, Natya Veda, oriental energy principles  & modern science for immunity, vitality and inner glow.

The experiential session is designed to promote holistic health with focus on  emotional wellbeing:
