Special Regular Classes
Special classes are an ideal way of Yoga education for daily practice. It is being conducted successfully at The Yoga Institute for over 50 years.
The classes cover Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, diet and Yogic lifestyle recommendations, personal attention on health and counselling on other aspects of life.
Participants are divided into groups based on their individual health conditions and separate guidance is given for each group.
If you are physically fit and want to experience Yoga, then we recommend you to join the 21 DAYS BETTER LIVING COURSE and then join the special class.
Classes are of 1 hour duration held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
A minimum attendance of 3 months is recommended, to experience the difference in your life. Can join on any day of the month.
|Men's Class||6.30 am, 7.25 am, 1.00 pm, 5.30 pm, 6.25 pm|
|Women's Class||6.30 am, 7.25 am, 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 12 noon, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm. 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm|
|Men & Women||8:00 pm - 9:00 pm 1st January 2020 onwards|
Samattvam (health counselling) held on Saturday at 2 p.m. is a compulsory pre-requisite (even if there are no health issues).
Registration and fee collection will be done after completion of Samattvam.
Rs. 700/- for the first month (inclusive of fees for Samattvam), and Rs. 500/- per month thereafter.
Annual fees Rs. 5,000/-
Kindly make the payment only after attending Samattvam.
