Been missing your regular asana classes at The Yoga Institute?. Well, your wait is finally over!  As we reopen slowly and steadily post the pandemic lockdown, we bring to you our special regular classes for ladies and gents. Different batch timings to choose from just like before, with a few mindful changes, for your safety and security. So come join us and get back on track with your health and fitness goals, right here at the beautiful premises of The Yoga Institute.

Special classes are an ideal way of Yoga education for daily practice. It is being conducted successfully at The Yoga Institute for over 50 years.

The classes cover Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, diet and Yogic lifestyle recommendations, personal attention on health and counselling on other aspects of life.

 

  • Mandatory prerequisites for this course are:

  • Prior registration. Limited entry. Only 30 seats are available per batch to maintain social distancing. Registrations on a first-come, first-serve basis only
  • Please follow all safety protocols as mandated by the Institute during your entry and stay in the premises. Your cooperation is solicited.
  • Last but not the least, don’t forget your masks, water-bottles and Yoga Mats

 

  • Duration

Classes are of 1-hour duration held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

A minimum attendance of 3 months is recommended, to experience the difference in your life. Can join on any day of the month.

The Yoga Institute is glad to bring Yoga to your home. Owing to restricted movement under COVID-19 scenario we all wish we could work on our health, physical as well as mental. What better way than yoga. While COVID-19 has spoilt the fun in a lot of aspects of our life we at the Yoga Institute have turned it into an opportunity to reach far and wide and bring Yoga right into your living room.

 

Join our online yoga classes and make the best use of the time you have at hand. Allow us to make you feel good and healthy.

 

Programme Details:

 

  • Whether your goal is to tone your body, work your flexibility, or tell your brain to relax, our classes balance it all and at the comfort of your home.
  • Choose from different time slots as per your convenience.
  • Join on any date. Your payment is valid for one month from the date of joining.
  • A balance of Asanas, pranayamas, relaxation techniques and much more
  • The class shall be a live session via the Zoom app.
  • Once registered and payment is made, we shall be sending you links on your email id or WhatsApp.
  • This programme is open to both males and females.

 

Rules and Regulations

  • Carry forwarding of the missed sessions, recording of the session, and shifting of the batch is not permitted.
  • Please note fees once paid will be non-refundable.
