As we reopen slowly and steadily post the pandemic lockdown, we bring to you our special regular classes for ladies and gents. Different batch timings to choose from just like before, with a few mindful changes, for your safety and security. So come join us and get back on track with your health and fitness goals, right here at the beautiful premises of The Yoga Institute.
Special classes are an ideal way of Yoga education for daily practice. It is being conducted successfully at The Yoga Institute for over 50 years.
The classes cover Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, diet and Yogic lifestyle recommendations, personal attention on health and counselling on other aspects of life.
Classes are of 1-hour duration held every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
A minimum attendance of 3 months is recommended, to experience the difference in your life. Can join on any day of the month.
