The Yoga Institute – the oldest organized Yoga institute in the world – has put much consistent effort over the years into social initiatives like free medical health camps, blood donation drives, Annam Brahma – feeding the needy, and free yoga classes for different members of society like school children, senior citizens, Western Railway staff, military personnel, police officers and BMC officers.


Supported by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), The Yoga Institute is now distributing AYUSH-64 for free, a formulation developed for Covid-19 patients.


What is AYUSH-64?


  • Ayurvedic formulation developed by Central Council for Research in Sciences (CCRAS) under the guidance of Ministry of AYUSH
  • Adjunct treatment for asymptomatic Covid-19 patients & those with mild and moderate symptoms


Who should take AYUSH-64 & how often?


  • Asymptomatic Covid patients:
    2 tablets 2x/day 1 hr after food with warm water for 20 days

  • Covid patients with mild or moderate symptoms:
    2 tablets 3x/day 1 hr after breakfast, lunch & dinner with warm water for 20 days


When should AYUSH-64 be started?


  • Within 7 days of RT-PCR diagnosis for the best outcome


Why should AYUSh-64 be taken?


  • Improvement in symptoms
  • Shorter recovery time
  • Shorter hospitalization (if any)


Are there any side effects when taking AYUSH-64?


  • Loose motions can occur in some patients


Can AYUSH-64 be taken by patients with comorbidities like hypertension, diabetes, etc. who are taking medication for the same?
