Pranayamas are powerful yogic breathing techniques that boost your body’s bioenergy as well as strengthen both body and mind. Maharishi Patanjali mentions in his text “Yoga Darshanam” which was written around 2500 years ago that pranayamas are powerful techniques to achieve the highest degree of awareness and profound meditative state. It prepares you for deep meditation.

THE PRINTED MANUAL IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL ASPIRING STUDENTS; HOWEVER, THE KIT IS MANDATORY BUT NOT NECESSARY TO BE BOUGHT FROM THE INSTITUTE. ( THE COURIER CHARGES SHALL BE INCURRED BY THE STUDENTS.)
NOTE: All study material available for the students for any course in physical (hard copy) only. The same can be collected by the student directly from the Institute or can be delivered to them by courier, charges of which will have to be borne by the student.
