“The more we have, the more concerned we are. More worries. If we have less, then we are a little careless and are less concerned. A person who is spiritual, he doesn’t accumulate much, lives a very simple life and so has very little to worry. I don’t know whether it is a good solution but in our present life, we are interested in having more. We want to show-off, we want people to clap and believe that we are great. This is a mistake. The more we have, the more worries and tensions. So let us understand this.”

Satsang is an open meeting held every Sunday from 9:30 to 10:30 am at The Yoga Institute, Santacruz East, Mumbai. It involves an interesting presentation to the public, made by the students of the Teacher Training Course. Each week, a new presentation of a Yogic concept is made in a simple way through skits and decoration for the general public, followed by a short speech from our Gurus, Dr. Jayadeva and Smt. Hansaji Yogendra.
