A healthy diet can go a long way to improve the quality of your hair. Ensure that you have a balanced diet, with a lot of proteins. Masks/Packs for your hair:

1.  Green Tea:

It does wonders to your hair roots and follicles, and helps to curb hair loss problem.
Ingredients:

2 bags – green tea

One cup – water
Method:

Brew two bags of green tea in one cup of water.

Leave to cool and thereafter, apply it to your hair.

Rinse your hair thoroughly after an hour.

For better results, use it for 15 days.

2.  Amla Hair Pack:

Amla is loaded with Vitamin C that strengthens your hair follicles and is one of the best ingredients to prevent hair loss and premature greying.
Ingredients:

2 tbsp – Amla Powder

2 tbsp – Lime juice
Method:

Mix a paste of Amla powder and Lime juice and apply it on your scalp.

Avoid the mask from drying by covering your head with a shower cap

And then wash it as usual.

3.  Onion Juice Wash:

Onion juice contains high doses of vitamin E, C and B complex. This not only helps your hair to grow thicker but also keeps them healthy and shiny.
Ingredients:

1/2 – onion
Method:

Simply grind the onion and squeeze out its juice.

Soak a cotton pad in the onion juice and dab your entire scalp with it.

Once covered, massage your scalp for the juice to seep in and leave it on for 30-60

Rinse it off with water.

4.  Curry Leaves:

They help to retain the natural colour of the hair while stimulating hair growth.
Ingredients:

15-20 – Curry leaves

1/2 cup – Coconut oil
Method:

Roast and fry the curry leaves in the coconut oil.

Once the mixture reduces to a black residue, turn off the stove and let it cool.

Strain the oil to remove the leaves from the mixture.

Apply the oil to your scalp and spread it all over the lengths.

Leave it on for 30-60 minutes.

Rinse it off with a mild shampoo.
