2. Sacral Chakra (Swadhisthana) - This chakra is associated with: Creativity, pleasure, and emotional well-being. An imbalanced sacral chakra leads to the negative feeling of Guilt and shame which steals away the Joy from our lives
Activate this chakra by engaging in creative activities and practicing hip-opening yoga poses. That’s the energy space of the sacral chakra.
We must work towards eliminating these negative thoughts by Self-compassion practices and forgiveness exercises, pratipaksh bhav plays a very important role in acknowledging the positive in all. Adoption of the 4 parikarmas becomes a key to happiness.
3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - this chakra is associated with: Personal power, self-esteem, and confidence. A blockage in this chakra leads to low self-esteem and powerlessness which acts as an impediment to your happiness

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata) - Associated with: Love, compassion, and emotional balance. A blocked heart chakra would mean sadness and inability to give or accept love which is the key to joyful living.

5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - Associated with: Communication and self-expression. A person with a blocked throat chakra will lack of self-expression and not able to express yourself leads to a life which is devoid of Joy.

6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) - Associated with: Intuition, wisdom, and inner vision. A blocker chakra would mean negative thoughts of Confusion and illusion.
