200 Hrs. Teacher’s Training Certification (TTC) Level 1
The 200 Hrs. TTC is basic certificate course which prepares students for teaching Yoga techniques to normal healthy adults. The course covers theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga. The syllabus also consists of experiential learning of unique techniques & concepts pioneered by the founders of our Institute.

Timings: 1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
STRESS is the “wear and tear” our bodies experience as we adjust to our continually changing environment. It has physical and emotional effects on us and can create positive or negative feelings.
Positive stress adds anticipation and excitement to life, and we all thrive under a certain amount of stress. Deadlines, competition, and even our frustrations add depth and enrichment to our lives. Our goal here at the Yoga Institute is not to eliminate stress but to learn how to manage it and how to use it to help us. Learn to lead a healthy life under stressful situations at our 1-day Stress Management camp.
The Camp agenda includes Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, interactive sessions with Hansaji, talks by medical specialists, health counselling and conceptual knowledge about ‘Pillars of Yoga’.

Come – join us, learn and practice simple yoga techniques for a happier pregnancy, delivery and baby!
Experience happy and healthy pregnancy and easy delivery by following simple techniques and practical guidance at our two day Pregnancy camp.
This camp also offers guidance regarding post-natal care for the mothers as well as the baby.
Please note, the camp is open only for women after 3 months of pregnancy till the 9 month of pregnancy.

SPECIAL REGULAR CLASSES
Special Regular Classes
Special classes are an ideal way of Yoga education for daily practice. The classes cover Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, diet and Yogic lifestyle recommendations. Further, based on participant health conditions separate guidance is given.
Classes are of 1 hour duration held on the weekdays (Monday to Friday)
A minimum attendance of 3 months is recommended, to experience the difference in your life. Participant can join on any day of the month.
