200 Hrs. Teacher’s Training Certification (TTC) Level 1
The 200 Hrs. TTC is basic certificate course which prepares students for teaching Yoga techniques to normal healthy adults. The course covers theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga. The syllabus also consists of experiential learning of unique techniques & concepts pioneered by the founders of our Institute.

This is an advanced and comprehensive Yoga training course. The course conforms to the AYUSH Level-2 Yoga Teacher scheme–mentored by the Govt. of India.
Classical Ashtanga Yoga Syllabus – The course syllabus covers in depth study and practice of Asanas, Pranayamas and Kriyas. Further, attitude training, Public Speaking, Methodology of teaching, Practice teaching, Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga and Samkhya Philosophy, Psychology, quintessence of Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra etc. are also given equal importance.
In addition to class attendance, participants are required to volunteer in various Camps, and the Sunday Satsangs. Besides, students have to read, study and prepare submissions and presentations, as required. On completion of full class attendance and all other pre-requisites, an examination shall be conducted and successful students will be awarded certificates.
The Seven Months TTC trains students to teach Yoga to all age groups, and in the management of various diseases. Highly trained teachers conduct this course.
This is RYT 500 hour course, fully accredited with the Yoga Alliance USA and the participant is eligible to apply on Yoga Alliance site as Registered Yoga Teacher

Special Regular Classes
Special classes are an ideal way of Yoga education for daily practice. The classes cover Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas, diet and Yogic lifestyle recommendations. Further, based on participant health conditions separate guidance is given.
Classes are of 1 hour duration held on the weekdays (Monday to Saturday)
A minimum attendance of 3 months is recommended, to experience the difference in your life. Participant can join on any day of the month.
