Half Day Pranayama Workshop (19th January 2019)


A steady breath leads to a steady mind. Specially designed to revitalize and recharge both body and mind, Pranayama workshop empowers one with the practice of breathing techniques that can be integrated into the daily routine.


Clothing: Campers are requested to come attired to comfortable loose fitting clothes. Shorts, capris, tank tops, low cut shirts, short and sleeve-less T-shirts are not permitted as per the Institute dress code.


Meals: Lunch will be served in the institute


Time: 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
