Apparently we do many good actions, but what is the motive behind? See, good actions are one kind of actions, also bad actions are there, and sometimes bad actions are done with good intentions; there are mixed intentions- good and bad, another kind- not good and not bad, so we are just discussing about the good intentions. Intentions which are done with that kind of a mind and also show some good results, that would be considered as a right action, which we often don't do. 15th December 2013 - Sunday - Positivity "It is certain now that if we bring positive thoughts in the mind, we experience happiness and Ananda (bliss), then there will be no sadness in the mind. This method is simple and straight forward. But we are not able to do this. If you will notice, right from the morning we keep thinking wrong things. Note down what you think during the whole day. If something happens, those kind of thoughts begin and by evening we are scared. This is a wrong training given to the mind. If we are learning yoga, then we need to bring in enthusiastic and blissful thoughts. The technique is very simple. Bring happiness and bliss in life and automatically the wrong kinds of thoughts will reduce. Such a simple technique.”16th December 2013 - Monday - Vanaprastha

We don't blame anybody for causing pain to us. It is our inherent tendencies - Klesas from within, which make us take pain. And so keeping this in mind, the entire approach in life should be to wok on yourself and to see that the self becomes free from these weakening factors, these factors which can cause nothing else but harm.

And that is one of the main causes of our suffering.
