The power of seeing, viewing, knowing, is a different thing. When this joins together with a feeling of union, oneness, that’s a very different thing. You see what you identify and that is how our perceptions happen. In our perceptions we see, there are different things, but we identify. ‘I see’, I know it is there.

4th November 2013 - Monday - Asmita "Asmita is not telling lies this is a word which looks very ordinary but we tell lies and this is a great mistake. We have to reach the highest in yoga and this a great handicap. Better learn to be free from this kind of bad habits. Let us be free let us be truthful, relaxed that’s the whole idea."5th November 2013 - Tuesday - Bhagwad Gita 5.23-5.24

So having completed the first chapter, we talk about these things that the entire effort so far has been to bring in Samadhi and stop the Kleshas. Kleshas are some kind of wrong thoughts; we have seen them earlier. Clearing them makes the mind steady and steadiness brings in understanding. So that’s the sequence."

29th September 2013 - Sunday - Relaxation and tension “There is tension in speaking and there is tension is in your coming here and listening. Tension is there all the time. Finally, it is your attitude that matters. If you take life as it comes – no tension; and if you take every event in life as a great event, challenge, tension is there. We have to learn how to accept. Otherwise we are always trying to get ready and face and that is causing tension. We have never learnt it till the end that a balanced mind, which carries out its activities, does its job, can become relaxed. But a mind which is not ready, always trying to prepare itself, face situations, rise up, achieve excellence, gets into tension. We have to accept life and it can be of great help. Accept it as it is and do your best.” 30th September 2013 - Monday - Tapa

Shut up in thoughts, shut up in expressions, feelings; blanking the mind out, which we are unable to do. Even if physically we don’t speak, the mind is working. What is expected is a state of consciousness which is absolutely quiet.
