The Yoga Institute conducted Yoga Sessions for Sadhu Vaswani Mission

The Yoga Institute was invited to teach yoga to about 600 people, from all over the world, who had gathered for the Sadhu Vaswani Sadhana Camp held at JW Marriott, Sahar, Mumbai. Spread over three days, 25-27 December, 2016, the yoga sessions were held by senior institute teachers from 8:00 am – 9:00 am each day. Campers were divided in to four age groups for effective learning.

While the children’s group enjoyed learning yoga in the most fun-loving manner, the youth group stepped on their mats with full of energy and enthusiasm. The middle aged group became aware of their strengths as they practiced various stretches and asanas with ease. And the senior citizen group realized that age is just limitation in the mind and it can be overcome with regular yoga practice.

The Yoga Institute’s message to all the campers was loud and clear that Yoga is not just practicing asanas but a way of living. Apart from learning various asanas, lifestyle tips were offered to manage self and keep up one’s sanity as well as balance in today’s competitive, tension ridden world.
