Our latest addition by popular demand is The Yog Fitness Studio at Andheri opening shortly on 1st May 2017.

We have designed special classes and easy to follow tools that make it easy to include classical yoga asanas practise easy to adapt in day-to-day life. Classes are of 1 hour duration held on the weekdays (Monday to Friday) and classes are for one and half hour on weekend (Saturday & Sunday). You could opt for weekday’s classes and/or the weekends classes.
A minimum attendance of 3 months is recommended, to experience the difference in your life. Participant can join on any day of the month.
