    This is regarding the 7 yoga poses for constipation.

    I have constipation and pain in both knees .

    Can I do these 7 yoga poses for constipation ?

    yes they worked.. great article.. thanks for the help … the 2nd pose here is the best.. i have tried it after my meal..
