14th April 2014 – Monday – Vitarka

“See, this samadhi is the highest in yoga. It is a deep concentration. One gets lost into the object and as a result realizes. Samadhi itself means realization. It’s not easy because our realization is of very general nature, external, but here realization would mean depth, understanding to the deepest. So this is of course academic discussions, just academics, but we will go through it.”

15th April 2014 – Tuesday – Bhagavad Gita (6.35 – 6.36)

“Yoga is hard to realize by one whose mind is not completely subdued. This is a fact. But it can easily be achieved by him who has controlled his mind and who makes great effort endlessly. Such is my conviction. This is what Sri Krishna says”.

17th April 2014 – Thursday – Vichara

“See the question is about the external form and the internal contents. Now we have always been led by the form, and have never gone to the contents, that is the way we are constructed. So, the attempt in yoga, is to go to the contents. The contents are very different than the form and we have never gone to the contents. See, we see a thing, external looks, form our opinion, build up our relations and carry on. That’s a very incorrect way of seeing. We have to go to the essence. But we are unable to do. We are not able to go to the essence, we are just led by the external form.”
