30th March 2014 – Sunday – Yoga for the Golden Years
“The suggestions given here are excellent. One has to just follow them. One is so occupied with the work that attention to oneself doesn’t come. A little care about health, a little care about recreation, all this can help. So let us learn, while we are here, to keep some time for ourselves also.”

31st March 2014 – Monday – Dharma
“Today’s topic is dharma. Dharma is a word which is really important and totally neglected. Dharma deals with duties. Dharayatitidharma– that what upholds this whole universe, and today we are not interested in upholding the universe, we are interested in filling the pockets. We have to again remind ourselves that carrying out ones duties is very important”.

1st April 2014 – Tuesday – Bhagavad Gita (6.32-6.33)
“So we have a shloka, which tells us about how untruth is getting propagated everywhere. Even what we call as ‘good news’ is full of bad news; news that is wrong. It is said as early as the Gita times, because speaking the truth is very hard. The shloka is, that , that yogi is regarded as supreme who looks at all as one, who sees the pleasures and pains of all with a similar eye. So this is the point, no differentiation, everything is same. How do we accept it? We take it as the newspapers give us right news, Just as today the newspapers will tell us “all against the government” and we accept it. Let us discuss”.

4th April 2014 – Friday – Yoga Sutra 2.44
“So the discussion is about swadhyaya (self study), not just loudly repeating in temples and churches and all that. It is something that is done internally. Thinking about ones own devoted God and being one with him is the beginning and you can proceed further onto high spirituality.”
