The Yoga Institute is the Heart of Modern yoga renaissance Since 1918, Keeping in mind the central idea of our Guru’s “Yog for Householders” with respect to the current requirement of Yog-Sadhakas, there is another online program initiated called “Yog Prayas” – an effort towards Traditional SIMPLIFIED, SCIENTIFIC and SPIRITUAL yoga with least dependency on others.
BECOME INDEPENDENT IN YOUR PRACTICE
This is for people who are looking forward to yogic progress after being familiar with basic Yogasanas. The focused Sadhaka’s, who just doesn’t want to become Yoga Professional, but aims for an even bigger goal, SELF DEVELOPMENT.

3 Days a week – Morning Batch – Monday, Wednesday, Friday. – 1 Hour sessions will continue as it is.
3 Days a week – Evening Batch – Monday, Wednesday, Friday. – 1 Hour sessions – this is what we are looking forward to starting from 1st April 2021, as some people find it difficult to join morning batch (timings can be 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm)
Rest is the same as the morning batch, a mix of philosophy and regular online asanas session.
