Yog Prayas

The Yoga Institute is the Heart of Modern yoga renaissance Since 1918, Keeping in mind the central idea of our Guru’s “Yog for Householders”   with respect to the current requirement of Yog-Sadhakas, there is another online program initiated called “Yog Prayas” – an effort towards Traditional SIMPLIFIED, SCIENTIFIC and SPIRITUAL yoga with least dependency on others. 




This is for people who are looking forward to yogic progress after being familiar with basic Yogasanas. The focused Sadhaka’s, who just doesn’t want to become Yoga Professional, but aims for an even bigger goal, SELF DEVELOPMENT.


Few of the basic qualities we look forward to in a Sadhaka for this program are: –

  • The program offers the best time for YOGASANA PRACTICE (early morning) in relation to Sattvik energy of the rising sun.
  • Every day consultation time for 15 mins prior and 15 mins after the 1-hours YOG ABHYAS (Yogasana, Pranayama and basic Meditation)
  • Personal attention- as seats are limited – 30 seats only each batch
  • A balance of Asanas, Pranayamas, relaxation techniques and much more.
  • The class shall be a live session via the Zoom App.
  • Once registered and payment is made, we shall be sending you links on your email id or WhatsApp.
  • This programme is open to both males and females.




  • Carry forwarding of missed sessions, recording of the session, and shifting of the batch is not permitted.
  • Please note fees once paid will be non-refundable.
  • Join on any date. Your payment is valid for one month from the date of joining.


3 Days a week – Morning Batch – Monday, Wednesday, Friday. – 1 Hour sessions will continue as it is.

3 Days a week – Evening Batch – Monday, Wednesday, Friday. – 1 Hour sessions – this is what we are looking forward to starting from 1st April 2021, as some people find it difficult to join morning batch (timings can be 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm)

Rest is the same as the morning batch, a mix of philosophy and regular online asanas session.

Timings: 5:30 am to 6:30 am


Evening Batch

Timings: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm


Fees: 1500/-  INR
