To find relief from this condition, lean forward in a chair or rest your head on a desk or table. Concentrating on your exhalation as much as inhalation when lying on your sides or back can also be beneficial.
Try inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth like fogging a mirror. Focusing on your breath is the most important part. Standing upright with the support of a wall or sturdy furniture will be helpful.
3. Using components of Aromatherapy
Smelling certain oils like Eucalyptus oil, Lavender oil is proven to be effective. Smelling Camphor, Ajwain, or other strong-flavored substances can also be helpful.
