I am training with a teacher from The Yoga Institute. My experience with learning and training in Yoga has been marvelous. The quality of the teaching and the teacher surely makes the difference as it not only includes my training but it has also made me aware of the benefits of practicing every posture. Yoga is not only a workout pattern, it is a life changing process. Many thanks to The Yoga Institute for all the help.
I’m a proud student of The Yoga Institute. I joined the institute in late 1960’s when people weren’t aware about Yoga & thought it was close to being a Sanyasi. The Yoga Institute has changed my perspective towards Yoga i.e., it is not only about Asana but it is a much deeper subject. Yoga has become an essential part of my life. Dr. Saab’s teachings have really helped me in my life & I consider myself to be fortunate enough to learn Yoga from him. This spiritual abode brings in happy memories & you get to experience peace within. I will always remember this quote of Dr. Saab “Less is More”.
I joined The Yoga Institute four years back and since then there is no looking back. Joining The Yoga Institute has been the wisest decision of my life. Smt. Hansaji has helped me replace disturbances in my life with sheer happiness. It has not only helped me in my singing career but as an individual also. It's been a great experience & now Yoga has become an essential part of my life.
This is the first time I am doing yoga and I am enjoying it a lot; I feel really relaxed. My teacher from The Yoga Institute makes the whole process quite simplified and fun for me. I am in my last week of pregnancy and I regret not starting yoga before. I might continue my yoga lessons even after my delivery. Thank you for this great experience.
I have been a part of The Yoga Institute since over two decades now. I would say that I have not only personally benefitted from their teachings but also introduced the Corporate Training Program to our team at Brescon. I would most certainly recommend this course to all corporate executives who wish to be benefitted through the ancient science of Yoga. When practiced regularly, the yoga techniques taught in this program help in stress management and enhancing the quality of professional and personal life.
I first went to The Yoga Institute in November 1989. Back then, I was going through unusual circumstances and was in a state of depression. The 2 days Stress Management Camp that I attended and an encounter with Dr. Jayadeva altered the course of my life. Today I’ve staff members who have stayed with me for over 30 years now and this is because of the ideals that the Institute has inculcated in me.
I have been associated with The Yoga Institute since 1979. It has helped me go through the upheavals of my life with a balanced state of mind and had helped me achieve whatever I have professionally. You cannot underestimate the importance of innovation, technology and strategy but it is as important to have values, beliefs and philosophy in business. To sum it up, I would say that Jetking is where it is today because of its association with yoga.
I joined The Yoga Institute 25 years back when I had back pain, cervical & a lot of stress due to work. The atmosphere of The Yoga Institute is so relaxing. I’ve never seen this kind of an environment before. Hansaji & Dr. Saab recommended me to do 7 days Health Camp & Regular class which was very helpful. I was an emotional, hyper & a negative person and now I’ve stopped unnecessary thinking & living a peaceful life. I love the “Herbal tea” of the Institute. I am really grateful to the institute for everything.
I joined The Yoga Institute in 1980 as a student in Special Class. While being there, I realized Yoga is much deeper subject than just a tool for good health. Later I joined 7 month TTC & learnt a lot in that with the blessings of my guru Smt. Hansaji & Dr. Jayadeva. The Yoga Institute is a very special place. It focuses on bhavas, feelings & emotions. Yoga is something that brings you closer to the higher world. It has transformed my life and has taught me the kind of attitude one should have towards life.
For me yoga is about changing yourself rather than changing other people. It’s about complete surrender. Both good and bad things happen because they are both inevitable. We must learn to accept what comes our way and move on. Asanas and pranayamas when done daily definitely aide physical and mental development. Other than that maintaining a daily routine where one gets up early in the morning and sleeps on time, eats on time, etc. really helps one perform better.
The Yoga Institute has been so crucial in the making of my film on the institute. Smt. Hansaji was the first person I interviewed when I started the film and her wisdom, compassion and support has influenced the film greatly and myself personally in my own spiritual growth. The Institute is a special place and a sacred place. It has great vibes.
I had joined ‘The Yoga Institute’ with an objective to attain physical wellbeing through asanas. However, I was amazed at the vastness of Yoga and realized that Asanas are but one of eight limbs of ‘Ashtang Yoga’ as laid out by Maharishi Patanjali thousands of years ago. I realized that Yoga is a way of life – a system to harmonize body, mind and spirit. The impact of Yoga on my life has been transformative especially when I was introduced to Yoga philosophy. In fact I find great connect between Yogic principles and investor psychology which I quote very often in my investor meets. I am grateful to The Yoga Institute and all its teachers for imparting invaluable lessons of Yoga.
The Yoga Institute has moulded me & made me what I am today as an Executive Coach & Corporate Leadership Behavior Trainer. I’m able to see the influence of this Institute’s teaching in everything I do. The Yoga Institute completely moulded my personality and my approach towards life. I’m doing justice to my profession because of the training I got at this esteemed centre -The Yoga Institute.
This is a spiritual place. A place that has taught me how to live a life as I live a practical life. To be able to incorporate spirituality into my daily life has been a great gift to me.I have learnt a lot from The Yoga Institute. It is a beautiful place to be yourself. I thank Smt. Hansaji for all that I’ve learnt from her.
I came to The Yoga Institute as a teenager & joined Special Class under mother Sita Devi Yogendra & since then I’ve been associated with the institute. I can’t imagine my life without the Institute. Institute is a part of me & I feel I’m a part of the Institute. Thank you The Yoga Institute for transforming my life.
I’m really thankful to my school and The Yoga Institute for teaching us Yoga. Yoga is very useful and it helps me in my studies. Whenever I do Yoga I feel fresh and nice. I enjoy doing asanas, they also help me increase concentration and stay focused.
I was in search of something. I felt half empty when i arrived at The Yoga Institute. I didn’t know what to believe, I didn’t know what direction to go - When I came here I was open to learning. I wanted to find something real and that’s exactly what was provided to me. I did my 1 month TTC and the 21 Days Course back in February 2017. During my time here in February I saw a huge change in my behaviour, my routine, my outlook and my diet. Later I joined 3 months TTC on my teacher’s suggestion. I want to thank The Yoga Institute for all of its offerings from my heart. Not only for myself, but for everyone that comes through the gates here in search of understanding, purpose, realisation, progression and self development for a better quality of life. Muito Obrigado The Yoga Institute.
I am not really a Yoga kind of person but my sister and aunt referred me to The Yoga Institute's pregnancy camp. It was a great suggestion. The camp helped me keep my mind and body fit and prepared for the natural changes. The whole experience really helped me not only through pregnancy and delivery but also in the upbringing of my child. Also the effects are visible in my son too. He's an active and cheerful baby. The experts coming in, give a detailed view of what is expected and what can be done. I would definitely refer it to my friends and family henceforth.
I had been looking to do a Yoga teacher training for 5 years before I came across The Yoga Institute. I came here without knowing anything about the place, with no expectations, and found a rich and holistic learning experience. The Yoga Institute has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and I suggest its training to anyone looking for an authentic yogic experience.
September 2012; it has been exactly 5 years since the time I first walked through the gates of The Yoga Institute, and since then there's been no looking back. The Institute is such a wonderful place. The heads of the Institute, Smt. Hansaji and Doctor saab are like magnets who attract positivity, happiness and contentment. I feel blessed to have come here and be in touch with the dignitaries of the Institute. Life has changed since 2012 and I attribute all my progress to The Yoga Institute, to the teachers and to my fellow students, who have been there for me and motivated me to go on when ever I have fallen back.
I was always under the impression that Yoga was all about performing asanas. But, after joining The Yoga Institute in 2010 and undergoing the 1 month TTC I came to realize that the asanas and the postures is just one of many divine aspects of Yoga. I joined the institute when I was battling depression. Here I learnt so many ways to look at and to deal with my inner most struggles. Yoga believes in the flowing nature of life and that is exactly how it teaches us to perform asanas - by letting the body flow, by letting go of things that are not in our control and letting life take its own course while we focus on developing our spiritual being. I was happy to know that The Yoga institute has opened a branch at Andheri West -The Yog Fitness Studio near my residence. I did not think twice before joining the classes.
9 years back it was a very difficult decision of leaving my settled Corporate Career in Media and starting my Yogic Journey from a scratch. But I remember very clearly that morning after Parisamvada when I met Smt. Hansaji and discussed about my career change. Her advice was very crisp and clear.. "If you have the confidence and determination no one can stop you Ankita " and the journey is still going strong!!I would like to thank Dr Jayadeva and Smt. Hansaji for always supporting and guiding me. The best part about Smt. Hansaji is her very approachable and friendly nature. It would be incomplete if I don't mention Mrs Desai's endless efforts for guiding every student of this Institute with so much of love and affection. I will always be part of this beautiful Yoga family where ever I will be.
While I was working for City Civil & Session Court I barely got time for my health. But after my VRS, I decided to give my health a priority & joined The Yoga Institute. Earlier I would feel breathless after doing little work and now I don’t feel like that even after working for hours. Rather I feel so energetic & positive after my Yoga class. The teachers at TYI are very helpful and are willing to give personal attention if needed. The institute not only helps us do asanas but makes us better version of ourselves. Also, Smt. Hansaji’s talks are very impressive.
I joined The Yoga Institute in May, 1986 for the 7 day health camp. The nurturing environment at The Yoga Institute where work is germinated to provide opportunity for self-growth has smoothen many rough edges in my personality and provided a larger view of life. Dr. saab used my strengths to remove my weakness. In all I was greatly helped to reduce irritability. Also the caring project started by Dr. Saab helped the Sadhaks to practice Ahimsa. I’ve done many camps and tailor made camps for various groups at the Institute as a teacher and it has been a great experience.
The Yoga institute is my second home. Our Alma Mater! It lifted our lives from the mundane to the purposeful. In the true sense we were able to understand the true meaning and purpose of our lives and existence on earth!! We owe our new birth to our guru’s, Dr Saheb and Smt. Hansaji. We remain indebted to them for making us what we are today.
A place where one can transform oneself into a genuine human being if one chooses to be. I don't say there is no negativity here after all its part of real world, people from all walks of life and nature come here, but beauty is that we are taught how to accept them and remain positive. So we learn by actual experiences. Strengthening the positivity is the core in teaching. My journey in the Institute has been a positively transforming one. Thanks to the Founder, Mother Sitadevi, Dr. Jayadeva and Hansaji.
Everyone has a turning point in life and I had one when I did one year TTC at The Yoga Institute. After which, in 2009 I took up the job of librarian, hence stayed connected with the Institute. Ever since I’ve been here, the positive environment of this place, the amazing set teachers, colleagues and students make me feel much happier in life. I’m very grateful to them. I feel eternally blessed by God to be here. Words fall short to express my gratitude for this place. I’m grateful to our gurus Dr. Saab, Smt. Hansaji & Mrs. Desai. Special thanks to Mrs. Desai, Hrishiji & Praneeji for creating a new outlook as a librarian.
The Yoga Institute is like to meet your parents for the first time of your life unknowingly. I’ve discovered my extended family at The Yoga Institute. I was a 3 Months TTC student and it was a great experience. TYI is like an oxygen bubble where you live for 3 months and mould yourself to become a better human. I will always remember Hansaji telling us to remove our black glasses and start seeing with a positive approach. I want to say “Thank you” to The Yoga Institute for allowing us to live this beautiful experience.
I was interested in Yoga since a long time. I was practicing it in Spain, China & other places however it was in The Yoga Institute that I learnt what real Yoga is. I discovered that Yoga is not just a set of gymnastic stretches but comprises philosophy & study of mind. I started coming just for some weekend classes, then gave a try to 21 Days Better Living Course, which I loved and I really recommend it. Later i did my Teachers Training Course and now I’m a Yoga instructor. Also the Institute is QCI certified. The Sattvic food offered at The Yoga Institute is delicious. I think Yoga can have impact on our lives and The Yoga Institute is one of the best places in the world to discover it.
They say when the student is ready the Guru appears. I came across The Yoga Institute when I was questioning the purpose of my life. Life experiences had battered my ego enough to receive the wisdom of Yoga in a spirit of humility and surrender. Whatever work I was assigned at the Institute I did it with dedication, realizing the value of being committed to whatever I did. I have experienced exponential personal growth in a short period of time. I actualized my creative gifts as a leader, teacher, counsellor and writer. Every day of my life I express gratitude to the almighty for bestowing me with the gift of The Yoga Institute. For me it is not just an institute, it is a sanctuary for my soul.
I always desired to do some kind of formal training in Yoga and got this wonderful opportunity at The Yoga Institute. I had joined to become a teacher but as the course progressed, I realised, I needed to be a student first as there was so much to explore and study about oneself. So I started working towards self development.Connecting asanas with attitude (Dharma, Jnana, Vairagya and Aishwarya) is the most important and beautiful part of learning at The Yoga Institute. Chanting yoga sutras along with the Gurus has been a relaxing and soothing experience in my 7 months TTC. Hansaji's talks, divine energy of Dr. Jayadeva, lessons by amazing teachers, dedication of the staff members, peaceful and clean environment of the institute helps me to become a better person each day. I am extremely grateful to God for being associated with The Yoga Institute in this lifetime.
Only after coming to The Yoga Institute, I became aware of the real meaning of Yoga, that it is a way of life and not just asanas. I am so glad to undertake the 7 month teachers training course. Not only has it helped me to understand myself better but I am now empowered with the knowledge and tools to live peacefully. One of the most important lessons learnt at this Life School is the art of a healthy way of living at physical, mental and spiritual levels.
My experience through The Yoga Institute has been very special and beautiful. I came just for a course and I feel intimately connected with this place because it touched my heart. The 3 Months TTC that I have done has been fantastic, management, office workers, students, teachers, energy, theory, practical exercises, food everything with a powerful insight to bring the development of a healthy lifestyle through one of the oldest philosophy in the world Samkhya. Yoga is such a powerful ancient knowledge handed by the founder Shri Yogendraji "the guru" and keeping on with the actual family members that they are maintaining a high energy environment with an awesome personality and taking care of all the members of the Institute.
I am associated with this institute for the last 10 years. I have gained so much positive energy from this place and wonderful experience. My life has drastically changed. This place taught me to keep smiling all the time. This place is full of beautiful flowers, plants and trees that will never fail to soothe your mind and soul. I feel really fortunate to be associated with institute & have decided to come here till the end of my life. The Yoga Institute changed my perspective towards life and I am happy to the fullest. The working environment is so much better. Everyone at The Yoga Institute is so helpful right from the guard standing outside The Yoga Institute to the employees to Hansaji & Dr. Saab (Director & President of The Yoga Institute) respectively.
I joined this Institute 7 years back as a student in regular class and since then there is no looking back. As a student I was really impressed with the teachers and the way of teaching. Previously, I used to work in a marketing department so there was a lot of sales pressure & the work was hectic. My brother absorbed this and told me to quit the job and work at the Institute instead. So today I work here at the front desk and I’m extremely happy to be here. I feel fortunate to work here & meet people from all around the world. I’ve learnt a lot of things from Hansaji. Presently, Hrishi sir and Praneeji are working hard to take The Yoga Institute to even greater heights.
I had always considered Yoga as a physical form of exercise until I came to The Yoga Institute. My journey at the Institute has been beautiful. I’ve learnt so much over a short period of time. I’ve met and interacted with so many people from all across the globe. The best part is I learn so much from the students also at the Institute. This place is a like a gem in Mumbai city.
21 days better living course gave me an insight into Yoga from all perspectives. In the 7 months teachers training course in depth knowledge about all asana, pranayama, and relaxation techniques get imbibed in the students which helps deals with a lot of regular health problems like frequent headaches, digestion problems, sleep disorder, acidity & weight gain. On an emotional level I became much calmer, steady & a balanced person & learned to accept the situations as they are. It was only because of what I learned here I could maintain my balance in crises situation, take right decision, not lose faith in GOD, be patient and work objectively.
So far the experience at this institute has been overwhelming. I have met people from different walks of life come here for the same purpose and that is to connect with the supreme energy. The institute has a very positive vibe all the time and the mentors have been really kind and generous in helping us overcome our issue.
I felt that the institute has a positive vibe & feels good when I walk in.
I have enjoyed the experience of the one month Teachers Training Course. The course is holistic and covers all aspects of yoga and will help very participant to become a confident Yoga Instructor.
After joining the 1 month yoga Institute course I feel my flexibility has been better than what I had, Feel positive & energetic after eating satvik food & doing asana, This place has got good vibes & shall recommend it to my family & friends.
The learning of acceptance from Hansaji & the path of Astang yoga for my own self. It’s a wonderful feeling.
It’s been ten days since I have been attending my one month TTC and I already feel that I am going to miss coming to this Institute after my course. That‘s because my life has become balance discipline and very positive. The knowledge of yoga right from its base has an enriching effect of learning. The effect of asanas has made me calm, peaceful and in a balance state of mind. Thank you Yoga Institute.
Experience here it has been a pleasant one, a lot to learn and certainly the environment created is conductive to learning well. Calmness has been experienced over the last few days looking forward to finding out more.
The Yoga Institute course has helped me deepen my learning about the philosophy and history of yoga. I realized how yoga is a way of life and not just asanas. Teacher are knowledgeable both, who are taking asana classes and those taking theory and philosophy classes. Food at the kitchen is very good too, overall it’s been a pleasant experience.
After joining this institute I am feeling very happy, relaxed. I am trying to understand myself. The surrounding of institute is very energetic. I saw here all the people are very peace minded. All are very efficient in their work. No one is tired or restless. This institute is very good for self-realization.
After coming here the most important thing that I realised is that even when there is chaos around you, still you can maintain your calmness by being in the moment. Awareness is what, I have learnt.
I love the surrounding of the Institute. You feel like you have entered a sacred place. I have become so much happier just in 10 days. Learnt to control my anger and negative emotions.
I came to the first day of the course with a recently prominent mental disturbances. Coming to the institute in the peaceful and beautiful surrounding has had a calming effect on me since day one. I have learnt to be more in tune/ aware of my body and mind. I feel empowered.
It is almost two months now since I have been coming to The Yoga Institute in the evening batch for men. I must say it has benefited me a lot health wise. I was suffering from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and it is much better now. Yoga has helped me shape many things in life, physically and mentally. This is one activity I will never leave in my life.I have really found some peace of mind with a few Asanas and breathing techniques taught here. The teachers of the Institute are very experienced in this domain and the best part is that they know how to teach. They strike the right balance with exercise time and verbal discourse. The benefits of each Asana are explained explicitly and with simplicity and the most important - with a lot of humility. The technique of teaching Shavasana is very soothing and peaceful. I also do enjoy the Parisamvad sessions that take place in the evenings. My good wishes and prayers are with the Institute to keep up the noble work. There needs to be some place in this world to maintain the sanity.
I joined Harry Sequeira’s yoga class in Spain in 1978 and waited for almost forty years to come to The Yoga Institute. I found the Institute a great place for my spiritual development. This is a place where teachers live a yoga life. I found my life changing here. I hope to encounter my soul with your help. You are doing a great humanitarian job and I wish you best of luck.
Though I was a resident of Santacruz since years, at the age of 42 I decided to do the Yoga Teacher Training Course. Regular Asana practice has given me life without physical pains and aches. Imbibing and practicing yoga philosophy, mainly Ahimsa, at thought level has reduced my emotional pain to a great extent.Life experiences have strengthened the Yogic concepts within me. I first practice, then preach. I try to make yoga practices experiential for my students too by repeatedly telling them to be mindful, inward and absorbed in the practices. Students believe me when I have conviction in what I teach. I wish to learn till my last breath and give my students happy and pain free life.
I had attended the diabetes camp at The Yoga Institute and the experience was very enriching. The talks especially about linking the personality traits to the disease and about details regarding the food chart were very helpful.
The article by Ajay Kalra in the October 2016 issue was an eye opener. One can never gauge the challenges someone is facing, and the transformation by the end of the yoga course shows that it all comes down to the efforts put in by the individual. The course can be life changing.
Thanks for your cooperation and hospitality. Our visit to The Yoga Institute was a great experience for me and my team.
I wish to appreciate the August 2016 issue of Yoga and Total Health. Right from the cover which depicts ‘Om’ the symbol of godliness, to all the articles within, the journal is impressive. Smt. Hansaji’s article, ‘What is yoga’ is very concise, yet subtly expresses the meaning of yoga. I am also much impressed by the articles ‘Four Satsangs’ and ‘From the Archives of Yoga and Total Health – Yoga, A way of life both, which have a very enriching matter to present! I look forward and await the next issues of the journal.
I owe you and the Yogendra family a huge debt of gratitude. For changing my life as a teenager and giving me the tools to cope with the storms of life. I have not forgotten anything you have done for me, nor will I ever.
This is to acknowledge our sincere gratitude for deputing experienced Yoga teacher from The Yoga Institute along with a volunteer for demonstrating Yoga at our office on 21st June, 2016. We would like to place on record that the lecture and demonstration was excellent in nature and was well accepted and appreciated by everyone who attended the programme. We would like to be associated with your esteemed organisation for yoga practice in future also.
In this city it is hard to find nature and peace of mind. At The Yoga Institute I found both. It reminded me of my dance Gurukul. This is the way you educate people. Smt. Hansaji’s talks and examples made sense to me. She spoke of very basic things; one just needs to feel and see. The Shri Yogendra Museum at the Institute was quite educating. I don’t know much about Yogendraji, but his trip taught me about lot of other yoga practitioners as well. The food here was like my home; very simple and filling.
Hearty Congratulations to you for opening your new center in Matunga and extending your arms to reach out to more people. We, your alumnus are so proud to be part of this august institute! This is just the beginning. Waiting thaw day you will cross the seven seas and when we can welcome you here in this part of the world!!
I always look forward to reading the Yoga sutra summary by Shri Samar Chaihan. His explanations are very detailed and he covers the finer points of the Sutra very well. The effort and dedication of the author reflects in the content. Keep up the good work.
I appreciate The Yoga Institute for many reasons; they have different activities which I enjoy seeing. One example is the camp on 12th April 2016, for people who were disabled from birth. There are numerous other organizations that do this, but this camp at the Institute had a great impact on me.But the best thing about The Yoga Institute is the Director Smt. Hansaji lectures, which the sometimes gives at the open auditorium at the Institute. They have changed my way of thinking for the better. Her advice, “Always do your best in life in no matter what you do,” has helped me a lot in life. She says that even a menial job of cutting wood should be done with devotion and one should bring joy to it. A housewife makes Chapattis every day, but she can cut different shapes like a square, a triangle, etc. which Smt. Hansaji herself did when she used to make Chapattis. Her next advice was, “think before you open your mouth. Do not retaliate to everyone who does not say good words to you.” This has helped me keep my emotions in check.
The course has provided me with the required training and tools to confidently take an Asanas class.
Life at the Institute was very different from my routines. Hence I had to put in constant and dedicated efforts, as the Yoga Sutra says, to fight against my resistance to discipline. With constant efforts I was able to regularly write the ten positive points and do the reflection daily. I now try to live each day with a sense of purpose.
I chose The Yoga Institute to do the Teacher Training Course (TTC) as it appeared to be the perfect place for me. More than half way through the course, I saw myself being more detached, more accepting and loving of myself. The Institute has given me the right keys to open the closed doors within myself.
The Institute has helped me understand Dharma Bhava and the hierarchy of duties. I have learned that maintaining my peaceful state of mind is my first Dharma.
Ajay Bansal ( 55 years ) , Transport Business ) I had joined the Institute in 1983 because of severe depression for last 6 years . The medicines continued for some time and I could give it up in a years’ time completely. I did the Teachers Course in 1986 and since then teaching honorary at the Institute. Now I cure other people's depression. The psychiatrist under whom I was, brought his son to me. His son was taking alcohol and coming home drunk. I guided him and he gave up drinks, finished his studies and is now employed. I could overcome my stammering habit. I started the transport business in 1991 (which requires the person to be really tough; I was a rabbit). Over the years business has grown. "Some people give happiness whenever they go. Some give happiness wherever they go ". Before joining the Institute I was in the former category, but now I am in the latter category. I have no health problems and leading a very happy & meaningful life. All thanks to the training at the Institute.
I am a student from the May 2015 batch of the Teacher training Course and I receive the Yoga and Total Health magazines every month from The Yoga Institute. They are really useful and good to read. Thank you for the same. Looking forward to more of such material.
I enjoyed reading about The Yoga Institute and its founders and followers. I am extremely inspired by the devotion made by the founders and their descendants towards such a noble task of popularizing yoga and its benefits over the world for the past 97 years. It motivated me a lot and made me keen on joining The Yoga Institute sometimes in the future especially for the Three months Yoga Teacher Training Course. Being a working professional, I am just looking for an appropriate leave time for such a long course!
Thank you so much for all your help and training. I became a new person after spending almost a year with both of you. I am very blessed for having such an opportunity in my life. I can also help others as I teach them what I have learnt from you.
I came to The Yoga Institute only because yoga was one of the subjects in my Master’s programme. I wanted to know more about yoga. I thought it might help me great my patients better. I had no idea that the yoga course would completely transform my perspective about life. It started with a small ray of light lighting my path and slowly grew and developed me like the sun’s warm rays.
I am thrilled to nurture to inner self through the 1 months teacher training course at The Yoga Institute which I completed in March 2015.
